I have this router it is very pretty but slow.

I only have a 200mbps connection at the moment and it only gets 179mbps max sometimes less my old tplink AX6000 on the same connection gets 204mbps constant.

Not matter what settings it just won't get the full bandwidth available

@Kevin_Z I bought this device and I use it. Although the QOS is open, the bufferbloat values sucks. When the QOS is open, the device should automatically adjust everything and the test result should be at least A.

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.

QoS prioritizes network traffic to ensure optimal performance for critical applications. It identifies and classifies different types of traffic (e.g., video streaming, gaming, web browsing) based on protocols, ports, or IP addresses, and assigns priority levels to each type of traffic. For example, video streaming might be given higher priority over general web browsing.

When checking for bufferbloat with third-party software, there is a possibility that low-priority traffic or data being analyzed by the software when the QoS is enabled on the router. This can lead to noticeable differences in performance when QoS is turned on versus off.

Except for the bufferbloat, are you experiencing any issues while gaming? We can focus on those aspects to explore potential improvements.

@Kevin_Z While playing games, the buffer gets congested and lags increase. Gamer router should not have such problems.
