Model: Deco X68
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

Set up is Starlink with 2 Deco x68's.  Starlink in bypass to use deco in home, connected to separate building (garage) by cat 6 cable.  Flawless until the last week when deco kept disconnecting.  Happening many times / day, fixed with Deco reboot.  Today disconnected and would not fix on reboot.  Removed deco (taking starlink out of bypass) and established that problem not starlink. Now deco won't even go through set up, so can't download firmware, etc.  Many threads reference this problem, none with clear and concise solution...apart from firmware being the culprit?  Now can't even get deco to esteablish internet connection AT ALL.  Need help!

New to this, thanks guys

Welcome to the community.

When you take Starlink out of "Bypass Mode", Do you set Deco to use "Dynamic IP" during the re-configuration?

- Would there be any error message when Deco could go through the setup?

It is also suggested to set a different Deco X68 as the main Deco to connect the Starlink Router to see whether it could be set up sussessfuly.

By the way, do you use Starlink Gen 1 or 2, even 3?

Please also refer to the following suggestions:
