Do not find the mcc mnc for the imsi 340041000000659

Hello,
My ISP is Free caraïbe 340 04
This error was found in my system log associated to a major internet connection instability:
Do not find the mcc mnc for the imsi 340041000000659
This error occurred after upgrading the firmware to 1.6.0 and ISP file to 24071201
I downgraded the firmware to 1.3.0 but the ISP file remain the same.
I haven't this problem before (I had but with another operator and was solved by changing the operator)
When I search manually the network, the router do not recognise my ISP and show it in numbers 340 4.
The log shows every 15sec:

5 2024-09-23 17:42:28 4G Information ERROR: Unsupport PLMN, cannot find the section.
6 2024-09-23 17:42:28 4G Information ERROR: Unsupport PLMN, cannot find the section.
7 2024-09-23 17:42:13 4G Information USER: no need to init device sca
So, can we edit the ISP file to add my network, can we do something to delete this error???!
I am really tired with this router.

Firmware Version:1.6.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 240715 Rel.42657n Hardware Version:TL-MR100 v3.0 00000002
My provider is WinSim.
I've enter some APN configs, but it will not connect.
- APN: internet
- APN: web.vodafone . de
- APN: internet . telekom
Sometime the router is very lazzy, if I remove the SIM, the Webfrontend is normal.
Did you have received a solution?

I think, your and my provider or the used 4G network isn't supported.
My solution:
I insert an other SIM and it works fine.
Fast and stabil.

I have the same problem. Would be nice if you post a solution.
Hints like "someone will send you a message" does not really help other persons!!
And sorry but I can not just change the provider. I have a contract and will not throw it away. It costs money!

Hello,
in my case it does not work with the provider WinSim, used network "1&1 5G Netz".
So I give the SIM back to the provider. This does not work in my area, location Harz/ Germany.
I found an other solution, back to the wired network.

But I use 4G.
So noone from TP helps? What a perfect support.
Seems to be the last time that I bought these products. Really bad!!!

1. What is the model, hardware and firmware version of your 4G router?
2. Who is the ISP of your sim card?
3. What is the exact problem?
4. Please share the screenshot of the page if you find "Do not find the mcc mnc for the imsi 340041000000659" in the router log as well.
