Allow automation (Smart Actions) compare Sensor readings

Scenario:
- 1st Temperature Sensor outside
- 2nd Temeprature Sensor inside
- Smart Plug inside, conected to a window fan
Wanted automation:
- When outside cooler than inside, turn ON plug/window fan to draw in cooler air and
- if/when outside hotter than inside, turn off fan.
