My HS220 stopped working.  We turned off the breaker serving the switch and turned it back on and still doesn't work.  Confirmed power is present and wired correctly.  Device has also stopped communicating on wifi.  White circle light in middle of switch is also off, so I'm thinking the switch may have failed?

Do you mean the switch does not show any lights and seems not being powered? Try reset the switch to see if there is any change.

Reset HS220: Press and hold down the RESET button for about 10s until the WiFi status LED blinks amber quickly.

 

Install this switch to another location or exchange it with a working HS220 for comparison.
