NX200 Problems (many)
Then theres few problems that risen after using for little time that i hope fixes with future fw updates:
1. Cannot force "only 5g"
When you put the modem in onky 5g it just "disconnect" and not even trying to "connecting" what it does in 5g/4g/3g mode. It just gets stuck
2. Cannot log in TP-Link cloud in mobile interface
When you try to add password in mobile interface in 192.168.0.1 or what you use it just doesnt work, you cannot add ant charcters in the box.
3. You cannot lock in cells in 5g/4g
theres no option to lock in "one" cell, im having problems that the modem is jumping between two, another one has upload of 1.2mbps and another +40mbps what is really good where i live. I would love to lock in that and not jump inbetween to lose connection every 20minutes.
here are few problems that i have encountered in week.
i would like to keep this one, i like the interface but i need to change another brand if these are not going to be fixed sadly.
Loved tp link warranty policy that i have used two times in my life.

Hi,
I have reported your feedback to add the function to lock certain cells to the related department.
However, it is not guaranteed that this feature will definitely be added.
If it supports 5G but gets disconnected when switching to 5G only, it may because the 5G signal is not good in this place.
And about the cloud issue, could you please provide more information about the issue? Can you provide a screenshot of the error message?

Hi,
Thanks for posting on TP-Link Community.
About the 5G only isue, may I know if the SIM card supports 5G? You can test it with other devices or confirm with your ISP.
If you want to log into the router's webpage, please use 192.168.1.1 or tplinkmodem.net. You can refer to its datasheet.
Besides, it does not support lock in certain cell at present, and it also depends on the area and the BTS (base stations). I would also consult our senior engineers, to check if it can be achieved on this router.

I have the same issue actually, getting the "disconnect" status when choosing "only 5g". The 5g reception is excellent in the area. I'm in Sweden.

@Finnish & @Sunshine
5G only refers to 5G SA (Standalone), which does not require any more existence of 4G. Some operators are starting to support that feature (you may check from your mobile operator's web site, if such service is already available).
But it requires different subscription as 5G subscriptions offered in Finland (and in Sweden as well) are based on 5G NSA (Non-Stand Alone), which is dependant of 4G network. And of course - with reasonable costs as bleeding edge technology must be paid by someone (most obviously customers ;) ).
Cheers, Mikko
