Deco M4 Setup Issue – Wi-Fi Connected but No Internet (EXPL ISP)
Hi everyone,
I recently purchased the Deco M4 (2-pack) and have been trying to set it up, but I'm facing some challenges. Despite following the setup process, the Deco app keeps showing that my Wi-Fi is connected without internet access. I’m using the same cable from my modem that works perfectly with my TP-Link Archer C6, so I know the internet connection is fine.
I’m using EXPL as my internet service provider. Has anyone else faced a similar issue with the Deco M4? If so, how did you manage to fix it? Any suggestions or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Checked and re-checked all the cables – they’re connected properly.
- Power-cycled the modem and Deco multiple times.
- Attempted to reset the Deco units and reconfigure.
- I haven’t had any success cloning the MAC address or switching to access point mode yet.
