Firmware Version: 1.5.0 0.8.0 v00a2.0 Build 230320 Rel.3438n

Hey all, this is my first post.

I need help regarding my new vr300 modem router, Iam moving into a new apartment which operate the under-ground line through FTTP, I found that the main cable in the apartment has an ending that my router doesn't have a connect input for.

Iam wondering if there is a way to operate fttp on my router ?

if you have any informations please share.

VR300 can operate as a DSL modem router or wireless router through its operation mode setting.

In the first case it utilizes an RJ-11 connection and in the second it utilizes RJ-45 connection (on LAN 4/WAN port).

thanks for your reply, If I used the router as a wireless router would it benefit from the fttp line quality as same as using a direct fttp router ?

If your new ISP bandwidth is more than 100mbps, it is suggested to upgrade your router since it's not a gigabit router - VR300 specs.
