I've recently started my home in Singapore, with MyRepulbic as my home ISP. It was noted a few times when my IOT devices are down and I have no way to verify my Network situation as Deco app refused to login. It is unknown whether it's internet issue or just Deco.

 

please help to refine the app to allow troubleshooting and allow notifications and report if it's an ISP issue.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Are the IOT devices also from the TP-Link?

There was a temporary outage on the AWS cloud platform. I think it might have caused the login failure of the Deco APP.

The LED status would report the online network status of Deco. Furthermore, the Deco APP also supports local management and you should be able to log into the Deco APP for troubleshooting(if it was not due to the cloud failure this time).
