Hello, basically my mr6400 router was working all fine a week ago and now it started having some serious issues, it detected the sim card for a very short time and just doesnt detect it anymore?? i put in a simcard, turn the device on, it flashes the wifi logo for a bit, then just stops and stays lit while none of the other ones light up, ive tried this with 2 sims that previously used to work. if i put the sim in my phone, everything works fine... i hope someone can help me :(

Hi,

The LED lights are abnormal, please test with different wall sockets and check if the power light would be solid after you power it on.

If the issue still exists, please reset the router and check again.

If only the Wi-Fi light remains on, please contact local support to check warranty.
