Whenever the camera records an action during motion detection the video that it records freezes and skips frames randomly it happens a lot almost regularly it's very annoying I don't have a SD card installed I'm using the cloud storage.

 

Please help resolve this issue it's very annoying it get's stuck and skips frames randomly very bad annoying experience with the first camera itself.

Download the cloud video and play it locally, e.g. within the Tapo app, through your phone's photo album player, video player software, and compare whether the same problem exists with local viewing.

 

Check the camera's signal strength. If the signal is weak, please improve the Wi-Fi coverage in the camera's location. A weak network signal can affect the recording and uploading of cloud videos.
