Hi,
 

I have 2 Problems with my P9

 

1. Two of the 3 P9 are making a horrible hi frequence noise. is there any possibility to repair that one?


2. Since a few weeks i have connected 3 more S1900 connected to the mesh. But the mesh seems to be no more stable. Some units disconnect from the network.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

For the noise issue on the Deco P9, if it is under warranty, it is suggested to contact the local technical support team for replacement.

 

Did you use 3*Deco P9_V1s together with 3*Deco S1900_V1s to establish a Mesh system?

- Did the 3*Deco S1900 all use WiFi Backhaul?

- For the unstable devices, are they mainly connected to the S1900?

It is also suggested to refer to Fix unstable connection when connected to the Deco network (case 3) to disable "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" on the Deco APP.
