Unable connect from maxis router

I was using Maxis home Fiber 100mbps.
and using maxis TP link AX1800 (EX230V).
I have 4 unit deco which 2 - E4 and 2 -M4.
now sudden the deco cannot connect with maxis router via land cable, any idea of it?
I got reset so many time, but the result still same.

Have you tried to disable the "EasyMesh" on the EX230V first?
After the reset, would there be any error message during the re-configuration?
It is also suggested to refer to Unable to connect to the Internet
