I am unable to choose a specific room to clean. When i do that the cleaner just get out of the charging station for a miniute and the says finished cleaning.
However when i choose an area in the specific room to clean it work.
The room cleaning function the first weeks. Also the cleaner i only about 1 month old.
This problem seems unusual. To help with this case, please provide the following information so that we can help to follow up.
1. Cleaning report of this "one-minute" cleaning (if it is recorded).
2. Screenshots of the room cleaning settings, and the area cleaning settings that include this room. What is Custom Cleaning of the robot vacuum?
3. A video of the problem.
Some basic 'must-dos' to ensure the device's performance.
1. Always keep device's firmware updated. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
2. Update Tapo app.
3. Run the control commands when the phone has a stable network connection. Disable VPN if any.
