i nedd your help by adding my device TP-Link_063E on the tether app. Since the last update it is not working

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

TP-Link_063E you shared should be the default wifi name of your TP-Link product, you may share us the model according to the label of the product, then we can provide further suggestions.

If your product is a DSL modem router, you may follow this guide to reconfigure it.

Or it is suggested to contact local support for direct help.
