Hi, just purchased deco BE11000 whole home mesh wifi 7 system and I can't get it going

Hi, welcome to the community.

Do you mean Deco BE11000 can't access the internet after setup? How about the LED lights on the main Deco, solid red?

It is also suggested to refer to Unable to connect to the Internet for more suggestions.
