Hi, I have some problems with my Mesh Wi-Fi based on DECO X-50 5G router.

The complete configuration comprises a DECO X50-5G router and six DECO X60 terminals, all connected via Mesh WiFi. The components are arranged on four levels (router in the attic because I connected an external antenna on the roof, and two DECO X-60 on the first floor, on the ground floor and in the basement).

The X-50 terminals are configured as Access Points. I don't think there are any physical obstacles other than the walls and ceilings between the floors, but with the configuration described above the signal levels between the terminals and the router (and performance) are more than sufficient.

The problem occurs when I connect more than three X60 terminals to the X50-5G router. In that case, the X50-5G sometimes reboots, generally two or more times a day depending on the number of X60 actually on line.

It should be noted that a few months ago I replaced the X50-5G router with another of the same type, as I believed that the problem was caused by some defects in that X-50. The problem, however, was identical with the new router. The other six terminals had already been installed previously, and one of them (in the attic) was connected to a TP-Link 4G router mod. Archer MR400 with a network cable. This configuration worked without problems for many months, although with significantly lower performance.

I don't know the hardware version because I didn't find it on the router label or in the box or in the instruction manual. It was purchased in June 2024.

Typically, there are between 10 and 20 users connected to the network.

As for the result of my tests, I verified that, when three or less than three X-60 terminals are connected, the periodic reboot does not occur, or at least not with enough frequency to be detectable or to cause any trouble.

I can say that the problem is independent of which terminals are connected and their position, and does not seem to depend on the connections that are established between them and with the router. It does not even depend on the active antennas (the external ones or those internal to the X-50), nor on the power supplies, both of the router and of the terminals.

Has anyone encountered the same or similar issue? Any suggestions or proposed changes will be appreciated.
