Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.7 Build 20240821 rel.44852(5553)

So I have enabled VPN Client

Added a VPN server, obviously correctly as I got a message "Connected". (Downloaded config from VPN, and entered generated username and password)

Entered a device under "device list"

Once I toggle "VPN Access" to ON, that device gets a broken internet connection.

Help please.

Hi @Mester,

Can I know if the server you are using comes from a service provider or is it something you created yourself?

  @Joseph-TP Service provider: Nord

This is the page I used to setup: https://support.nordvpn.com/hc/en-us/articles/20280525082001-Setting-up-TP-Link-with-NordVPN

Straight foreward process, but my connection is broken.

I should note that my internet connection comes from netgear 4g modem, that goes into WAN port of tp-link router.

@Mester

Can you confirm if you can connect to the NordVPN server using the OpenVPN Connect app on your phone or computer? This will help verify if the NordVPN server allows client connections.

If that works, we may need to check the VPN config file and try to find out whether we need to modify some specific settings.

Please check your email box and send us the file. Thank you.
