Deco M4 cannot re-join mesh of Deco X50 devices after being unplugged.
Hello,
I currently have a mesh network composed of 3 Deco X50 (hardware: v1.30, firmware: 1.2.8 Build 20240731 Rel. 8910) units and 2 Deco M4 units (hardware: v2.0, firmware: v2.5.2 Build 20220818 Rel. 43797) running on router mode. The main node (connected directly to the ISP modem) is a Deco X50 unit and it is able to form a mesh together with the other 2 Deco X50 units. I am able to set things up and successfully add the two M4 units to the mesh, however, all the mesh nodes have to be unplugged (and thus lose power) at the end of each day.
At the start of the next day, all of the mesh units are plugged in again (with the main node being plugged in first). While the 3 Deco X50 units successfully form the mesh network again, the two Deco M4 units are unable to re-join the mesh, no matter how close they are to any of the other nodes (even right beside the main node). This would require me to remove the M4 units from the network, hit the reset button under each one then add them back into the network everyday.
When I reboot the M4 devices using the Deco app, they are able to re-join the network. However, when they lose power and are plugged-in again, they are unable to do so. Would there be a way around this issue?
Thank you!
