Why did you change version beta from 1.2.1 to 1.2.0?
Is there anything differnt from 1.2.1 and the newer version of 1.2.o Beta?

Hi, the 1.2.0_build_1230_Beta is based on the 1.2.1_build_1217_Beta and adds further adjustments and optimizations to other potential factors that might affect CPU usage and network stability.
Thank you very much and best regards.

I reset the X50-5g and added it as a new network ( named test) in the Deco app. The firmware update went well. It's working with only the phone connected.
How do I add the X50-5g back into my original network? If I change the test wifi to my original wifi, will if automatically switch over?
Thanks.

@tap0 1.2.0 20241230-rel33540
Update.
I had to start again, I tried to change the main Deco but it failed and I lost both accounts.
I now have the X50-5g running 1.2.0 20241230-rel33540 with two M9-Plus units connected by ethernet.
4g only selected and 03:00 reboot are the only changes made.
After three hours the CPU is stuck at 100% and some Tapo clients have dropped connection.

@tap0 Hi, Thanks for the update. I have reported the update to the engineer and he will contact you directly via email.
Since the 1.2.x and 1.1.x firmware versions are based on different platforms and the firmware bin file was oversized, it cannot be downloaded through the web UI or the firmware recovery tool.
@Ipat , Did you have a speed issue on the 1.2.1 build 1217 beta? 1.2.0 build 1230 could revert to 1.2.1 build 1217 via web UI.
Would Deco drop to 4G mostly at a specific time? Maybe the locked Cell is crowded and overloaded.
Did it help if we disable the Cell lock and let Deco automatically choose the Cell tower?
Thank you very much and best regards.

@David-TP cell tower is fine, have another x50 and an archer nx that work perfect, as i said i never updated the other x50. So basically your telling me the best place for this x50 is now the bin. The firmware updates have rendered it useless.

I don't have any technical knowledge only experience as an end user. It seems that this product is faulty and we're expected to help fix it.
It was working fine until the 03:00 reboot. Since then the speed has died to 8Mbps maximum. It was 150-200Mbps at 4g.
The satellite Deco units showed offline but wifi was working.
I put the sim card back in the MR200 sitting along side the X50-5G. I ran another speed test and it was up at 60Mbps.
I put the sim card back in the X50-5G and straight away back to 200Mbps.
Signal strength is 60% and hasn't changed.
Can you help with a firmware that works?
