I have just switched from google nest to TP Link AX50 3000. Previously my Eufy cameras operated with no issues.

i am trying to connect the Homebase to my new network on the TP Link and it will not connect to the wifi. I have the Ethernet cable connected and am able to receive notifications and view cameras, however, when I try to switch the connection to wifi, it simply does not work.

I have set wifi to 2.4Ghz and even created a guest network specifically to try to connect.

any solutions?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Here are some suggestions for your reference:

1. . Ensure there are no special characters in the SSID and wireless password, such as apostrophes or other characters mentioned here: Special Characters are not suitable as Wi-Fi Name and Password

2. Change the wireless security of your network to WPA2 (Some Devices Have Difficulty with Newer Standards such as WPA 3, or may not be compatible at all)

3. Disable the "Beamforming" and "Fast Roaming" Features.
