internet issue connection Deco x3000-5G

Hi all,
I have an issue with my 5G router home.
the model is a TP-link Deco X3000 5G.
it worked very well yesterday prior proposing me an update which made me lose signal with inability to reconnect.
I have tried as well another sim card there is nothing that helps.
I have also tried to reset it without sucess.
at this point it seems that the firmware has an issue ?
I went into the firmware database to find the right one for my model, however there is nothing in the library for this specific model ?
can someone provide me any help ?
thanks in advance,

Hi, welcome to the community.
May I know who your SIM operator is?
Would Deco X3000-5G turn red during the disconnection?
It is suggested to check whether the network bands were switched here during the disconnection:
Please also set the "Network Mode" to "4G only" to see whether it made any difference.
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Hello @David-TP,
I have the same problem.
I tried your parameters and different ones.
My operator is Orange and I am in France. So I tried roaming data as well, as I saw more details on German tp-link website...
But without success...
At the beginning, the 5G was working well, as the router was able to get a new firmware version... but now, it is not possible...
Also, I'm not sure that the upgrade was finalized correctly.
Do you have the previous version ?
Thank you,
Arnaud

Bonjour Arnaud,
Merci !
