I just bought the av600 powerline extender, and all lights in both devices are green, but for some reason when I connect to the wifi it says, "Connected, no internet" and the ethernet also doesn't work

If you have already tried to configure the Powerline adapters but no internet, or devices such as PlayStation can not connect to the network, please confirm whether you have encountered the following problematic scenarios:
Case 1. The powerline light is not on after the configuration
Case 2. The powerline light is on after the configuration
Case 3 Only the wireless connection is not working
Case 4. Only wired connection no internet
Case 5. Only specific devices cannot work
