VX1800v failed connecting to ANY openVPN server!

I have the VX1800v connected directly to the cable from my VDSL provider. Devices are connected to it immediately after.
My OpenVPN settings are 100% functional – tested on clients across multiple devices, and the same configuration works perfectly on the AX3000 without any issues.
Please help me! Or has it just turned into an expensive paperweight for me? That’s not very nice from TP-Link…

For OpenVPN client connection failure, it is recommended to install beta firmware here: OpenVPN Client Connection Failure to Third-Party Server on Archer VX1800v/ Archer VR600.
If it doesn't work, please provide as much detail as possible.
1. Complete network topology;
2. VPN type, including VPN provider;
3. Screenshots of relevant error messages, etc.
