Hi, I have recently picked up the vx1800v to replace the very old iiNet provided modem that I got 8 years ago. I am on fttn with iinet as my provider.

I have tried setting the modem up without success, the best I can do is get my DSL to sync up.

Can anyone provide details for connecting to iiNet with the vx1800v ?

Ended up calling iinet tech support who were very helpful ( much to my surprise as tech support usually ends up being anything other than helpful ) I needed no VLAN ID and Internet Connection Type Dynamic IP rather than my iinet creds because I have an old conifiguration appenrantly.

Hi, thanks for sharing your question and experience here.

Usually, the internet configuration parameters(including internet connection type and possible VLAN ID) are decided by your ISP, because they are the internet provider.

Then the network device support could help how to configure.
