i have the D230s1 video doorbell with the H200 hub, and when I asked TP-Link support how to add an extra chime I was advised to get a H100.

 

i did this and it's all setup, but I can't find anywhere to set up the H100 as a chime.  I can't add it to the H200 or D230s1 as they say no device detected, but I can see all 3 devices on the app.  I'm running the latest firmware, just wondering if there's something I'm missing?

The Tapo H100 works as an independent device, it is not added through the H200 or D230. You may refer to this guide to setup the Tapo H100. How to Set Up Your Tapo Hub (Tapo H100)

 

When the H100 is setup successfully, you can configure it to work as a chime of the D230 doorbell through automation. How to add another chime for the Tapo D230 when pressing the doorbell button
