I have the Tapo doorbell D130 and Tapo Hub H200. I want to to use H200 as a chime device of the D130

Tried automation but it said my device is not connected to cloud and thus cannot be included in a smart action. May I know details of how y to use the hub as a chime.

Tried an automation to ring H200 when the doorbell is pressed, but not fully success.

I get ring signal thru the phone but the H200 stay silent.

Please advice. Thanks

This automation requires the smart hub online. We need to resolve the remote control failure issue (Local Only) first. You may check the Case 2 suggestions in this article. Cannot use the Tapo app to control my smart devices
