Solution Unable to Play EA FC 25 on Deco X20

Phenomenon Description：
Over the past few weeks, we've received occasional feedback regarding issues when connecting to the Deco 20 while playing EA FC 24/25. Users keep receiving the following message when searching for a match in rivals "The connection to your opponent has been lost". Or the game just freezes on the "Loading Match" and never gets into the game.
Available Solution:
1. Please change the IPV4 DNS to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4- How to change DNS server settings on my Deco
2. Disable "Fast Roaming" and "Beamforming" under Deco APP>More>Advanced.
3. Enable QOS and set the PlayStation or Xbox as "High Priority".
If the issue continues, please install the following beta firmware.
Deco X20_V3_1.2.1_build_20240918_Beta

@David-TP Why Deco X20 performance is better on this beta firmware as compared to stable 1.2.4 firmware.

@David-TP There's no beamforming setting for the X20 v3 deco.
I've applied the beta firmware and issue persists. Please advice.

May I know how long you have had the Deco X20?
Can you constantly reproduce the loading issue with EA FC 25?
Did you use a gaming PC, PlayStation, or Xbox? Will the game load properly if it is connected to the Deco X20 via an Ethernet cable?

@David-TP Hello. It's an Xbox. It's not a loading issue. It loses connection playing season games. I can constantly reproduce. It happens 4 out of 5 games on average
