Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Have just purchased above unit and it will not recognise my NBN satellite modem. Hook it up as per instructions and keeps saying no internet connection even though light on router shows internet connected.Cables are fine, internet is working. Have turned units off and back on and makes no difference. My PC when hooked up direct to modem all good. When I hook up router and then PC through router nothing. Wireless is working fine. Old netgear router never had an issue . Hooked up and away we went. Unfortunately this has died, so went to this router. Any clues?

Do you mean the wired connection has no internet, but the wireless connection is working fine?

Please try different LAN ports of the router. Try different wired devices to test the LAN ports of the router. If only the PC has no internet, please double-check the internet connection of PC.
