My Tapo C520s camera keeps disconnecting from WiFi, even though my phone's fine on the same network! I've tried everything – resetting it, moving it closer to the router – nothing works. I've contacted support multiple times with no response. It worked properly for a few days, then started constantly disconnecting. The recordings are on the 512GB SD card, but I can't access them. It barely works at all.

Check the signal strength of the camera, try to improve its network connection is the signal is weak. How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo smart devices

 

What's the led status of the camera when it disconnected?

Even I face the same issues what's the fix for it or is it the same on all C520WS V1 devices.
