Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.3.2

Hello, facing network stability after last update. Can't practically stream the videos or view recordings. Camera is connected to TP Archer 500 with regular rebooting schedule. Signal strength RSSI -62. There has nothing been changed in terms of number of clients,  position etc. Camera has been working fine since October 2023. Could something change with last FV update ? Look forward to hearing from you soon.

Please clarify whether the issue with your product is an offline problem (where the camera led turns to red or orange), or is it a problem with slow loading or stuttering when watching live stream or playbacks.

 

Test if the camera works normally when your phone connects to the same local network. 

 

Refer to the corresponding suggestions in this article based on the actual problem occurred on the camera. Cannot use the Tapo app to control my smart devices
