Model: Deco E4
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20240104 Rel. 55043

Hello,

I have 6 ''Deco E4 AC1200'' at home and have a problem with CCTV and Intercom system (All is Hikvision devices).

I'm unable to find devices on network that are connected to Deco via WiFi or via LAN cable. I think some ports are blocked by firewall or something similar. Hikvision by default use TCP port 8000.

Tried with other option: Used TP-Link TL-WR840N as Range Extender and it works normally.

Please if anyone have any solution, please write down and i will test it.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, Did you set Decp E4 into wireless router mode or Access Point mode?

-If there is already an ISP router, it is suggested to set Deco E4 into AP mode under Deco APP>More>Advanced>Operation Mode

By the way, how many Hikvision video Intercom products do you have?

-if you check on the Deco APP, can you see them all online and work well?

-By the way, did you try to locate all the video cameras via Hik-Connect software on the mobile?

Wait for your reply and best regards.
