Hi,

i tried to use my printer Canon LBP-2900 (which is listed in the printer compatibility list) with my WDR3600 USB-printserver. If I connect my printer directly to my computer with USB everything is fine. I am using Windows 7 32bit.

I installed "USB Print Controller" which found and connect my printer. After starting a print command the printer starts printing but i get "communication error" from my printers status monitor. After starting a second print command the printer prints the first print again and then the second one. If I start a third print command the printer prints the first, the second and the third print again.

I tried to disable all firewalls and anti-virus software but it is always the same problem. I also tried to disable bidirectional printing in the printer settings but afterward the printer prints anything.
