Model: Tapo H200
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

The H200 isn't responding to reset orders, the LED stays Solid red. I have tried various ways of resetting the device. I have tried with and without SD card. I have used various cables, connected it directly to the router and tried via a network switch.

Is there any way to fix this issue?

  • Disconnect the hub from power for a while, like 20-30mins.
  • Remove SD card and the ethernet cable.
  • Power up the smart hub and wait for 1-2 mins.
  • Reset the smart hub: use a pin to press the reset button - press and hold for about 5-10s. Monitor whether the led indicator shows any changes.

If the led indicator still shows no changes, you may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support to proceed warranty for this device.
