Bonjour 

 

Depuis 2 semaines ma caméra c410 ne se connecte plus au Wifi.

 

J'ai essayé de la réinitialiser et je suis bloqué à l'étape où je dois me connecter au wifi Tapo_Cam_xxxx

 

La caméra n'est détecté par aucun appareil.

 

Elle est inutilisable !

 

J'ai fais plusieurs mails sans avoir de réponse.

 

Elle est encore garantie et j'aimerais la remplacer rapidement.

 

Pouvez-vous faire quelque chose ?

Try to factory reset the camera. How to reset my Tapo camera

 

If the camera wifi is still not visible when checking through different mobile phones, this device might need to be replaced. You may contact the retailer or local TP-Link support​​​​​​​ to proceed with the warranty.

I tried many times but still the same issue.

Impossible to see the Wifi Tapo_Cam...

 

I tried to add it manually but it doesn't work.

 

I want to exchange it.

 

My house is without external camera for 2 weeks since the last update!

The camera blink red/green and I can't see the Tapo wifi
