Hello,
I have a Powerline TP Link model TL-PA4020P that at a certain point completely stopped working, It is completely dead.
I tried to open it and after a visual inspection under the microscope there are no signs of damaged components.

since I am an electronics technician is it possible to have the diagrams of this device?

Hi@Bluroom,

If there is no power, abnormal indicators, or noise coming from your powerline devices, please refer to the below steps to troubleshoot:
1. Change to a different wall socket to power on the device.
2. Hard reset the powerline device and repair it. For powerline extenders, please press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds to reset them. For power adapters, press and hold the Pair button for 15 seconds until all LEDs turn on momentarily. 
 

If the issue persists, please contact local support for further help.

 

In addition, we are also unable to provide information that is not available on the official website, such as device diagrams.

  @alexboii I'm already trying to repair the unit, I wanted to ask you who are more experienced on these devices, when a unit is bricked what is its behavior? Do the LEDs stay on fixed or no LEDs stay on?
