Can someone please help me before I take this bell off & send it back! It is hardwired by transformer, everything works fine, except it keeps telling me I can't have 24/7 recording as I need to bypass my existing chime/it's not compatible, BUT I DON'T HAVE AN EXISTING CHIME! I even tried putting the jumper cable between the wires but then it didn't work at all via hardwire. This was the only reason I chose this doorbell. Please help me!

Go through the configuration guide (Mounting Guide) again to ensure everything is set up correctly: Tapo app > Tapo doorbell camera's Device Settings > User Guide > Mounting Guide.

 

Just in case, make a screen recording at the same time when you're doing this. If the problem still exists after reconfiguration, send the video here and we can help to check. *Upload the video to personal cloud drive then send a link here.
