Even with older firmware 1.0.11.and 1.0.8 still failed.

I tried swapping the Main, still the same problem.

It is recommended to install the 1.0.17 beta firmware here to see whether it helped:

Deco BE25_V1_1.0.17 Ready for Test!

 

Please also check the IPV4 DNS on Deco to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4:
