Add option to set the streaming video resolution and another opyion to set the recording video resolution in Tapo App.

Could you please describe the scenarios in which this feature would be utilized? Additionally, which specific video recordings' resolutions are you looking to modify? For instance, are you referring to the cloud video clips, video recordings stored on an SD card, or manually recorded video recordings?

The option to change the resolution of video recordings stored on the microSD card should be added, as it is a critical feature for managing storage. With my Tapo C210 (version 2), I was able to store approximately 28 days of footage on a 64GB microSD card. However, after purchasing a new Tapo C210 (version 3), I can now only store about 5 days of video on the same card. This significant reduction in recording time makes resolution control essential.
