"What's the current network topo? Is one BE550 running as the main router and another BE550 connects to the main one wirelessly via EasyMesh?"
Hey, on my previous post it's visible what devices I use, but I can send you again.
I have BE800v1 + 2x satellites BE550v1, one connected with Ethernet backhaul and the second with wireless backhaul.
Firmwares in my devices:
Archer BE800 v1.0
1.2.3 Build 20250314 rel.45415
2x Archer BE550 v1.0
1.1.2 Build 20250317 rel.18331
"Could you please provide a detailed procedure for how you reproduced the issue? Once disabling the LED status of the satellite BE550, will it show as offline on the main's Mesh Device Details page, and a recurring notification of "Device disconnected" pop up?"
To replace that bug, you need to wait from 5 minutes to 2 hours. It's random. Just go to the EasyMesh menu in the main router page and unselect the LED status on the satellite router, and wait. Also, you can go to the satellite router main page and turn off the LED status, and network errors come even faster.
"Does the issue disappear immediately if you re-enable the LED status?"
It is impossibly re-enabling when the satellite device shows "offline" on the main router webpage and also can't do anything via the satellite webpage when all the time device disconnected/work unstable.
To fix it, I need to restart the main router or turn off/on satellite device and the router automatically enables the LED status again.
But the problem seems to be only on the wireless satellite BE550, while the Ethernet satellite BE550 seems to be working fine without enable leds.

Hey again, also it's a visual bug on the Tether app. Satellite BE550v1 (Wireless EasyMesh) shows offline all the time. But when I log into the main router BE800 shows correct (online).

@ChrisBS Thank you very much for the network topo.

If the offline issue is caused by disabling the LED status, why does it occur randomly between 5 minutes and 2 hours? I wonder if the problem might not be related to the LED status. Could you clarify whether the wireless BE550 maintains a stable connection to the main BE800 when the LED status is not disabled?
What's more, what if you disconnect the other BE550 from the network and disable the LED status of the wireless satellite BE550, will it also show offline?
When this BE550 is offline, are the client devices still able to ping the gateway BE800?

I don't have an idea. That's why I report it. :)
Sometimes "LED BUG" works right away; other times I notice after 2 hours it's something wrong with the network when my Fiancée screams at me when she lost internet :D
For me that looks like a slowly DDoS attack, but between BE800 and BE550
Because I'm able to log in to the satellite web page (from a client connected to BE800) but get disconnected all the time, and only a manual restart/turn off of the device works.

All network works perfectly fine when LED is ENABLE, but when disable LEDS after time network just start crashing and clients devices connected to BE550 lost network connection.
What's more, what if you disconnect the other BE550 from the network and disable the LED status of the wireless satellite BE550, will it also show offline?
Its same, after time BE550 network crashing after disable LEDS.
When this BE550 is offline, are the client devices still able to ping the gateway BE800?
I have to again recreate to check it but I remember devices shows "no internet connection"

update about leds problem:
The BE550v1 Ethernet EasyMesh Satellite has a problem too with LEDs.
Of course, it's not so big a problem like on the Wireless EasyMesh Satellite BE550v1, which crashes and disconnects all networks.
But when I disable LEDs after some time (one week), they turn on alone.
So I disable them again, and after one day they turn on alone once again.
Logs show that:
So my question its BE800v1 cause LED bug problems, or BE550v1? Or both devices? And that's why Wireless EasyMesh Satellite on BE550v1 causes network problems after disabling LEDs?
To clear the situation:
when I disable LEDs on the main router, both satellite BE550v1s follow it and work fine. Problems only appear when I want the main router working with LEDs and the satellites has it turn off.

Hello Kevin_Z
I have a quick question.
Can you set a fixed speed (2.5Gbps) on the wan port of a be550 easy mesh satellite node and use it as a backhaul to connect it to the main be550 routers lan port?
The reason for this is that lately (after the latest update probably) many times the router reboots it negotiates a link speed of 1000Gbps on its lan ports for the autonegotiating remote TP-Link switch connected through my house cat 5e network infrastructure. When i loose the switch and connect directly a pc with fixed 2,5gbps speed everything works fine with 0 packet loss, 1ms jitter and 1980Mbps file copy speed.
The way to correct this for the autonegotiating TP-Link switch is to physically disconnect and reconnect the ethernet cable on the router after it is fully started up. After that everything works fine until the next reboot so i am thinking of replacing the switch with a mesh satellite be500 if i can set a fixed 2.5gbps backhaul through its wan port and use it as a lan switch for my local pcs.
Thank you very much in advance
Stavros

@staza What is the model number of the TP-Link switch? What is the cable length between the main BE550 LAN and the switch?
When working in satellite mode, it doesn't allow for modifying the WAN settings (I assume). However, when connecting two BE550s directly via Cat 5e or Cat 6, they should be able to negotiate at their maximum speed of 2.5 Gbps automatically, and there is no need to set the speed manually.
