yes I did a couple of times....the last time is 2 days ago...and no reply at all...
by the way why dont you update for english version for 1.7.0 firmware https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/download/deco-m4/v2/#Firmware
i think if its update here my deco M4 would accept it....
