@chris2025 you can try to another company's mash support system router i think they’re give all best service provided from TP Link.....
Because I am disappointed like you by purchasing this company's router which is about 37000. According to my country's money, TP Link company is harming themselves and slowly losing market value. Of course, other router companies are taking over our Bangladesh like Cudy, Asus, Walton, Ruijie. Companies like these are cheaper and also providing good service which is nothing but foolish to expect from TP Link. For example, they are cheating the customers with an option called version. They bring one version at a time and also leave many differences according to the country which basically makes the users disappointed. You can tell me why I am saying this. I am still using Deco X50v1.30US, 2 pieces, Deco X10v1, 1 piece and Deco M4v2 3 pieces. These only disappointed me and did not give me anything else. I could have bought a router from another company that gives better performance at a lower price.

@David-TP Hello David, as your suggestion from private message for me to contact local support from my country. I already did, and they can not helping much, but today email said that they tried update their M4v2 from the deco app and succeed go to 1.7.0. So i think my region is not the problem, my unique M4 may be the problem. Please someone from tech team to contact and exam my M4 please.

Hi, thanks for the update.
We managed to identify the original hardware ID of your device, and it aligns with the customized version for a local service provider.
Unfortunately, as the ISP-specific version has strict limitations, I'm afraid there hasn't been an alternative suggestion at this time.
If your device was provided by the ISP, we recommend reaching out to them for further assistance. Otherwise, I'm afraid your Deco M4 might have to remain on the 1.6.5 version.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you very much for your understanding and support.
Best regards.

Thanks for the reply, can you explain it to me about my original hardware ID? So my hardware is not the same as any other M4v2 out there?
FYI i was buying it from the 2nd hand dealer in my area, im guessing they are user like me. So my device is not provided by any ISP.
If there is any future firmware upgrade for instance 1.7.1 or above. Do my device will not able to receive it too?
