Hello pinguinM,
I'm not sure if you can install the UK or AU firmware on your EU version. At the very least, it's possible that the devices might no longer work afterward.

I've had the beta firmware 1.7.0 Build 20240307 Rel. 49485 installed on my deco M4 V2 (EU) for a few months now.
Is there a difference if I update to the latest beta version? If so, can I simply install the latest beta firmware over my old beta version? Thanks for the info.

@chris2025 Still the answer is YES YOU CAN
The beta version 2024 and official version 2025 will have a difference from the software itself...more stable...as the 2024 'Beta' version will have some bug or unfinish program inside. Thats why its called 'Beta' So yes you can install the 2025 version over your 2024 Beta... please do...

Thanks for the quick reply.
One more question. Do I have to download the latest beta firmware and install it manually on the deco? Or does it happen automatically? Thanks and regards.

Its not a Beta anymore.... just download it from https://www.tp-link.com/uk/support/download/deco-m4/v2/#Firmware then install it via WEB UI ex : 192.168.68.1
Since on your deco apps the update not present, so you have to do it manualy as i mention earlier...
