@David-TP Hey David Copper Field 😁 Today im facing an issue with WAN port when i connect my device to LAN port so the speed on WAN port goes to 100 Mbps from 1000 Mbps. I have seen my ethernet port speed on my ONT before that it was 1000 Mbps but now it's only 100 Mbps but why?? 🤔🤔 Don't forget to add option in Deco to auto detect WAN port speed because this feature is missing in Early Access it was available in Beta firmware and also some of my IoT devices took very long time to connect to Deco M4 after reboot or when power supply came back like Tuya Smart Plugs, Tuya Smart Bulbs, Huawei Solar Inverter and Midea AC even i tried Connection Preference and Turned OFF Mesh Technology on these devices but nothing changed still same issue.

Did the newly-connected LAN device have a 100 Mbps Ethernet port?
Does it make any difference if we enable the QOS and set the bandwidth to 1000 Mbps download/upload?
By the way, would a power restart of the ONT and main Deco help fix this issue temporarily?
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hi, thanks for the update.
"my devices lose their connection preferences."
Did you mean the "preferred connected Deco" was reset to "auto"?
Can you consistently reproduce this issue?
If yes, could you please refer to this link to help me submit the Deco APP log:
By the way, can I also have a screenshot of the current network topology, such as:
Best regards.

so its "Client" connection preference problem. Is the preference go back to "Auto" after rebooting main deco so you have to set it manualy again?
Have you ever wait for a moment until the main deco stabilize then check again if its still in auto or not?

Yes, after the 1st few attempts I noticed it randomly goes back to auto, I'm pretty sure it occurs when the main node reboots.
