Hi, A new Deco App 3.9.92 will be released very soon, which might help.
As for the real-time speed rate on the Deco APP, it is suggested to refer to this post:
How to Understand Speed Rates on the Deco APP
It doesn’t stand for the actual network download/upload speed and is mainly used as a reference to check if Deco is actively hosting a local network with the online clients. If you are worried about the actual internet speed, it is suggested to test via Ookla Speedtest App or https://www.speedtest.net.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hi, welcome to the community.
I didn't find any support ticket under the current email ID. Did you submit the ticket via another email, or can I have the ticket ID?
Is the network topology like:
/-----satellite#1
ISP modem/router----main Deco---<cable>--network switch---satellite #2
\-----satellite#3
If yes, can I have the model number of the network switch here?
The 1.7.0 version could be reverted to 1.6.5 via firmware recovery if necessary:
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Thank you very much for the feedback.
The 1.7.0 hasn't added Fing Client Identification(Client Identification: Enhanced Client Recognition With Fing Integration), and I think Deco M4 might still have trouble identifying the device type when the mobile clients have the private address enabled.
