@SayeemAhmed It's still not available through the Deco app or the US website

Just a M4 (2-pack) user who regrets buying it

New version is great thanks!

Bandwidth statistics problem is mostly resolved now where it just stopped reporting usage completely in v1.7, now is working for AP level number but unreliable down to the level of each client (maybe only wired clients)

Question please, for those with wired backhaul how long is it taking to sync after reboot? Mine sits on wireless for 10mins before switching over.

Any idea how to speed it up?

@Bugs22 My configuration is using wireless backhaul too and i thinks its about right syncing after reboot about 5 to 10 minutes. I dont know the one with wiredbackhaul suppose to be more faster than wireless one.... How to speed it up? ask @David-TP  i guess...

One more thing i think the topic title should change from 1.7.0 official ready for test to 1.8.0 official ready for test....

I'm a happy now!!! M4Rv2 1.8.0 is out now and my problem solved!!! Thanks TP-LINK!

@Bugs22 Wireless Backhaul took 30-40 seconds for me after reboot or sometimes 1-2 minutes and Wired Backhaul took around 5-10 seconds to connect after reboot everytime. Yeah you are right (Wired) connected devices data is not showing properly in Monthly Report and also their Real Time Bandwidth Consumption always showing 0 kbps in Deco App if they are connected on Main Deco Unit.

Please & Thank You !! ❤️

  @ryg

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. This post is long enough. Rather than changing the subject, I'm considering closing this post.

If you could start a new thread about how 1.8.0 works, such as Deco M4_1.8.0 Feedback or something similar, I'm sure other users would be glad to join the discussion.

As for the Ethernet Backhaul, I haven't been informed of any method to speed up the Backhaul process. Unplugging/plugging the Ethernet cable when you decide to restart the Deco might be worth a try.

Best regards.

Update:

As the current post about version 1.7.0 was too long to navigate for information on the newly released 1.8.0 version, I have created this new post. Kindly share your feedback on how the new 1.8.0 works. Your input will greatly benefit other users.

Deco M4_V1/V2_1.8.0 User Feedback

Thank you very much.

Best regards.
