Archer NX200 Wifi Issues
Archer NX200 Wifi Issues

Recently installed ARCHER NX200, which wasn't displayed on the puck list to post this message!!!
I'm having issues where some smart phones, tablets and laptops will happily connect to the WiFi with no issues and some will only report as "Connected with no Internet". Does anybody know what is going on, I've never experienced such inconsistency over such a short distance from the router.

Hi, may I know your SIM carrier?
If your Archer NX200 is V2, please install the beta firmware here:
Archer NX200_V2_20250430 Supported xLAT
If it is V1, you can try to manually create an APN profile and set the PDP type to "IPV4 only",such as Archer NX200 Can't Access Certain Websites or Only Receives an IPV6 Address
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Thank you for reply. Working now.
Mine is V1, and I was able to make a new APN for IPv4 _only_.
Now everything works that did not before. Phone does not drop connection. All good so far.
Hooray, thanks,
Bill

@David-TP I’m having an issue with my Archer NX200 V2 — devices connected to the 5GHz network randomly lose connection.
Here’s my current setup:
2.4GHz and 5GHz networks are separated (different SSIDs).
The 5GHz band has a fixed channel and fixed bandwidth.
I’m using AdGuard Home DNS, but I’ve never had any problems with it on my previous modem.
Everything works fine for a while, but after some time, several devices (phones, laptops, etc.) disconnect from the 5GHz network.
My firmware version is:
1.1.0 3.0.0 v60e0.0 Build 250812 Rel.76795n
→ Would updating the firmware manually help fix this issue?
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Hi Nsrau,
I'm afraid I have forgotten everything, but I made these notes, detailing how creating an IPv4-Only profile solved the problem. Devices no longer drop connection, and am able to use apps & devices on non-HTML ports, like WhatsApp & Google Nest, which were unreachable before:
THE 'IPv4/Ports-blocked' PROBLEM FIXED BY creating an IPv4-only profile:
Under 'Network–>Mobile WAN' (left menu); 'Advanced' (top tab)
Dial-up Settings
Profile Name: IPv4 ONLY
PDP Type: IPv4
APN Type: Static
APN: Generic
Username: Xxxxxxx
Password: Zzzzzzz
Authentication Type: NONE
