Hi, Thank you very much for your feedback.
The 1.2.0 3.0.0 v6060.0 Build 240912 Rel.39555n was removed from the cloud server, so when updating the Tether APP, it can no longer sync this version from the OTA firmware server.
A new optimized version will be released soon and also added Bridged -Mode, Auto Update, and other advanced features introduced to the old 1.2.0 version.

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.
It is not because the OTA upgrade is not working. The original 1.2.0 firmware was removed from the OTA push list and needs further optimization. But some users had already been notified of this new version. So they would receive an error when trying to update the firmware.
I consulted the engineer earlier about the new optimized version. There hasn't been a clear date, and Optimistically speaking, it might take another month.

We have a recurring issue with our NX510v 5G link dropping late at night. An AI-based analysis of the data suggests that the problem is due to a bug in the original firmware where the NX510v fails to reconnect after a tower drop during Thailand's provider maintenance windows.
As a temporary workaround, we am using a Tapo P100 smart plug to automatically power cycle the NX510v around 3:30 AM — but this is not an ideal solution.
I have a copy of the following September firmware update:
Could you kindly confirm or advise:
(1) Does this firmware above address the 5G re-connection issue after provider maintenance events?
(2) Is this firmware build safe for use in my region (Thailand)?
