VPN client functionality for L2TP/Ipsec connections

I try to connect to a router at another site via L2TP/Ipsec connection, but the status remains “connecting” and I cannot connect.
We have confirmed that it is possible to connect using the same settings as on a Windows PC, so there is no error in the authentication information.
Forum ID: 734162 and similar symptoms, but I would like to know if there is a solution.
I am having trouble using the VPN client feature that I purchased for the VPN client function.
