DND & Call Blocking configuration

(The problem is even on web simulator)
If you try to insert a number to block in incoming calls you can't add the international prefix with + but only with 00 (0039 instead +39). Since the provider send the number with +39 the number is not blocked
I think the error is common to any model....
Very disappointing since this function is one of the reason why i bought it....

Hi, I think the international call prefix 00 is a more standard format in most European countries. 00 is equal to +, i.e. 0039=+39.
The DSL router UI might only accept the first format.
Would there be any issue if you use "0039" to block incoming calls from Italy?
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
Did you ever try to direcly remove "+" for a try?
If that does not work, it is suggested to contact your ISP or local support department for further feedback.
Best regards.

Hi, thank you very much for the update.
May I know who is your internet service provider? Did they also provide the VOIP/Telephony service?
By the way, do you receive the Archer VR1210v from the service provider?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Hi, thanks for the update.
I'd like to follow up on your case via email and consult the engineer for further assistance.
By the way, if not add the region code "0039", only the phone number, can you block the specific mobile number?
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.
